Yes, absolutely! All of our decorations are designs to the client’s liking so that no setups are alike. We also offer a wide range of customizable add-ons including decals and our ability to color change most of our props and custom color match most of our balloons. Check out our Build Your Setup page to view our options. We are happy to work with you to create a customized party decor that fits your event's theme and style.

We recommend you confirm your event styling booking as early as possible to ensure our availability. As far as for balloon orders we typically accommodate orders placed at least a week in advance.

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all of our event styling services and most of our balloon decorations. Our team will deliver and set up the decorations at your event’s location, and come back to take them down after the event. However, we have a minimum booking size for us to travel depending on location, this can be determined in direct communication with us.
For your convenience, we offer free pick up from Avon Lake on small balloon orders.

Yes, we can add items to your setups up to two weeks in advance depending on our capacity.

For event decorations that require delivery and setup (setups that include rentals), the minimum booking cost is $450 before delivery and installation fees. For orders that can be picked up, the minimum booking cost is $75.

At the time of booking and confirmation, we ask that you specify the start and end times of your event so that we may plan our arrival times for setup and takedown accordingly. For this reason, you may keep the setup for the agreed duration of time, and additional fees may apply if the event runs over the agreed time.

Yes, we offer a range of event decorations and rentals, including prop rentals, backdrops, centerpieces, dessert stands and more.

Event setups that include any rentals cannot be picked up, and must be delivered. If the order is a small balloon order, then it can be picked up in Avon Lake.
